Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
- The item must be in its original packaging.  
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Valid reasons for a full refund include (but are not limited to):

- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.  
- The item is not as described or promoted on our website.  

If the returned items are in good condition and there is no valid reason for a refund (e.g., change of mind or buyer’s remorse), you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Special Offers

Items purchased under a special promotion or discount may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
