Delivery Time
- You can expect your parcel to arrive within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
- For pre-sale items, marked with a "sent" date, please allow two (2) to eight (8) business days from the specified "sent" date for delivery, provided stock arrives as expected at our warehouse.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
Stock Availability
- The delivery time is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Guarantees
- We guarantee the delivery of your parcel by requiring a signature upon receipt. If you opt to authorize "leave in a safe place," we relinquish responsibility for the package.
- If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You are responsible for collecting the parcel from the depot or arranging a re-delivery at an additional charge.
Delayed Delivery
- If your order does not arrive within twenty-five (25) business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will promptly follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Mixed Orders
- Note that if your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are available at our warehouse.
